Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, you will join a knowledgeable team to deliver robust financial reporting ensuring the organisation is financially managed in an efficient manner. You will be responsible for the reporting and analysis of financial results, budgets and forecasts.
In detail, you will

Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts

Monitor performance against budget and provide variance analysis

Develop models in Excel and other programs to provide input to business decision making

Produce accurate and timely monthly management reports

Develop and maintain financial reports and tools to assist management in managing budgets and performance

Ensure reporting deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner

Participate in continuous improvement programs as required

This role will also see you involved in interesting projects where you will be able to bring your expertise for process improvements and enhancements.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role where you have been integral to the reporting and analysis for an organisation. It is expected that you have impeccable communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders across an organisation and that your IT skills and use of reporting tools is exemplary.
Essential Experience

Experience in the development and monitoring of budgets

Demonstrated ability to implement change and continuous improvement

Proven ability to project plan

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comprehensive experience in working within a flexible, multi-skilled team environment with advanced interpersonal, communication, negotiation and customer service skills
