Join Virginia Housing and help make a difference as a Loan Servicing Officer.
This important role will coordinate daily processes for loan administration and escrow activities within the Rental Housing loan portfolio. Responsibilities include overseeing servicing functions for construction and permanent loan closings, new loan setup, restructurings, assumptions, contact management, escrow and reserve administration, subsidy accounting, management reporting, and document management and records retention. The position manages initial and permanent payment packages, loan setup, interest adjustments, payment issuance, check and ACH disbursements, and online treasury management. The incumbent will serve as the point of contact for escrow and loan administration activities, providing guidance and support to maintain operational efficiency and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Requirements
To be successful in this role you must possess:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Several years’ experience in loan servicing
Ability to interpret legal documents and insurance policies
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
The ideal candidate would also have experience in:
Construction loan or commercial/multifamily loan servicing
Experience with Loan Servicing Software

Hiring Range: Hiring Range: $62,000 - $83,500
