Lender Service Provider, LLC ("LSP") supports 4 growing and distinguished mortgage companies with fully-staffed, tenured, and highly experienced mortgage professionals.
Starting in 2011, as a new and growing mortgage servicing company, LSP launched its services to two successful mortgage companies in the Washington DC area. These services include Secondary Marketing, Post Closing, Shipping, Compliance, Quality Control, and other administrative functions. First Heritage Mortgage ("FHM") and Potomac Mortgage Group ("PMG") principals have over 40 years of combined mortgage lending experience. As of September, 2013, LSP also began servicing 2 additional mortgage companies, Atlantic Coast Mortgage ("ACM") and Intercoastal Mortgage ("ICM"). The principals of these two companies have another 40 years of combined industry experience. LSP is always looking for top talent to join a fast-growing mortgage servicing company that is at the “hub” of these 4 experienced and profitable mortgage leaders.
