Company Overview
TruHome Solutions, LLC is a credit union owned mortgage company established to originate, process, underwrite, close and service mortgage loans. We focus on helping financial institutions manage the unique challenges that come with offering mortgage programs. With our collective mortgage experience, we have a deep understanding of today’s regulatory challenges and how to adapt and continue to be successful to the ever-changing industry. With that being considered, our foundations for success are our customers. Because we are a credit union based company, our customers are our owners, and we place the utmost emphasis on service and the overall satisfaction of every loan we originate.
Company History
Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Lenexa, Kansas, TruHome Solutions, LLC went from a small company of 7 employees to a company that has grown to employ over 180 Kansas Citians. As confirmed by the Kansas City Star, TruHome Solutions, LLC is a “fast-growing” firm whose exponential growth required an expansion in 2013 to a second location, also located in Lenexa, KS, to house the operational responsibilities of TruHome. We have no intentions of stopping there. Currently, TruHome provides mortgage services to over 80 Credit Unions and expects to exceed 200 Credit Unions within the next few years, all while bringing more job opportunities to the Kansas City area.
